Saltoro provides investment advisory services for Indian equities to overseas investors. It is advisor to India Capital Growth Fund, managed by River Global, UK (formerly Ocean Dial Asset Management, UK). The research team is based in India and the focus is on identifying companies in the mid and small cap segment of the market. The investment philosophy is driven by a disciplined investment process and a mindset of being owners of the business. We identify businesses which are scalable, run by managements we trust and have strong fundamentals, determined by the company's ability to generate free cash.

While Saltoro is a relatively young organization formed post the sale of Ocean Dial Asset Management, UK by Avendus Capital, the core advisory team remains the same, with vast experience in the Indian capital market having worked together for over a decade.
